Available Services:
Current rates for sessions are as follows:
- Mobile testing: I am able to provide services at-home, in-person, and remotely via telehealth.
- Neurodevelopmental Assessments: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Behavior Issues
- Learning Disability Assessments: Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Independent Educational Evaluation, SAT/ACT & College Accommodations
- BCBA candidate supervision
Current rates for sessions are as follows:
- IQ testing only: $500.00
- Learning disability: $3000; ADHD Assessments (Standard) – $2000 -Includes Initial Diagnostic Interview, Testing, Feedback Session and Comprehensive Report
- Neuropsychological testing $3000-$5000
- BCBA Candidate Supervision $75-$90 per hour
- For evaluations in your home, travel expenses include 55 cents per mile.
- Custom Psychological or Personality Assessment – Fee Based on Required Tests Used
- I accept cash, check, and major credit cards. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.
- Currently, I do not accept any medical insurances. However, if you have them, out of network benefits may be used. I will provide you with the appropriate documentation (a “superbill”) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
- I ask that you pay 50% of the estimated cost of the evaluation at your first appointment and the remainder at the final appointment.
- Fees for evaluations include not only the time your clinician spends with you directly, but also the clinician's time scoring and interpreting tests and preparing a written report. Your clinician spends many hours on your evaluation when you are not present.
Qualifications
Education and Training:
- Diplomate in School Neuropsychology, Kindergarten Intervention and Diagnostic Services, Inc. (KIDS Inc.)
- Doctorate, Education Specialist, and Master’s Degrees in School Psychology- Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
- Behavior Analyst Certificate Program-Florida Institute of Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology – Hawaii Pacific University
